Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FluxyAPI, a no-code and low-code API builder, workflow runtime, dashboard, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The provider of the Service is [OPERATOR / COMPANY], represented by [AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY], email: [CONTACT EMAIL] ("FluxyAPI", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms are intended for both business users and consumers unless a section states otherwise. They should be completed with the correct operator, tax, hosting, consumer withdrawal, data processing, and jurisdiction details before publication.
1. Scope and Acceptance
By creating an account, logging in through an OAuth provider, subscribing to a paid plan, creating a project, deploying an endpoint, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Conflicting or additional user terms do not apply unless we expressly agree to them. For consumers, this applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
2. Service Description
FluxyAPI lets users visually create, test, run, monitor, and manage APIs, endpoints, functions, workflows, storage objects, secrets, media files, custom domains, and third-party integrations. The Service may include a visual builder, API gateway, queue and worker execution, sandboxed runtime, project roles, collaboration, zones, share codes, request logs, error logs, console logs, live console features, usage analytics, media delivery, and AI-assisted builder features.
Unless separately agreed, the Service does not include individual software development, legal or compliance review of your workflows, security certification, penetration testing, dedicated infrastructure, data migration, guaranteed business results, or binding service levels.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate and current account information.
- You may register with email and password or supported OAuth providers such as Google, GitHub, or Discord.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials, tokens, secrets, API keys, backup codes, and two-factor authentication devices secure.
- You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or security incidents involving your account or projects.
- We may require re-authentication, restrict sessions, or temporarily lock accounts where this is necessary for security.
4. Projects, Endpoints, and User Responsibility
You are responsible for all projects, endpoints, functions, workflows, requests, responses, files, media, databases, secrets, domains, logs, third-party integrations, and other content created or used through your account.
You must ensure that your public endpoints are properly secured, validated, monitored, and rate-limited for your use case. You are responsible for authentication, authorization, input validation, legal notices, data protection compliance, third-party API permissions, and end-user transparency for your own services.
Secrets, API keys, database credentials, and tokens should only be stored in designated secret or credential features. You must not unnecessarily place secrets or personal data in public share codes, prompts, console logs, error logs, frontend-visible variables, or other unsafe locations.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for:
- malware, phishing, credential harvesting, spam, fraud, identity misuse, or social engineering
- attacks against systems, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, vulnerability exploitation, or abuse of third-party infrastructure
- circumventing rate limits, plan limits, payment mechanisms, access restrictions, or security controls
- processing, hosting, or transmitting unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited content
- violating intellectual property, privacy, data protection, personality, or other third-party rights
- using FluxyAPI for high-risk, life-critical, medical, emergency, critical infrastructure, weapons, or similarly sensitive systems without a separate written agreement
- using FluxyAPI as an open relay, spam gateway, abuse proxy, botnet component, or concealment layer for harmful activity
We may suspend, throttle, disable, remove, or restrict accounts, projects, endpoints, domains, files, or workflows where we have reasonable grounds to believe that they violate these Terms, create security risks, harm the Service, infringe rights, or expose us or others to legal risk.
6. Plans, Limits, and Availability
The Service is offered in different plans, including Free, Premium, Advanced, and optionally Custom. Limits may apply to requests, requests per minute, timeouts, CPU, memory, concurrent executions, endpoints, functions, variables, secrets, external databases, collaborators, media storage, file size, custom domains, logs, support, and related resources.
- Free: EUR 0 per project, 3,000 requests/month, 10 requests/minute, 5 second timeout, 5 endpoints, 5 functions, 100 MB media storage, and 24 hour logs.
- Premium: EUR 9.90/month or EUR 99/year per project, 50,000 requests/month, 120 requests/minute, 30 second timeout, custom domains, 10 GB media storage, and 7 day logs.
- Advanced: EUR 49/month or EUR 490/year per project, 500,000 requests/month, 500 requests/minute, 90 second timeout, priority queue, 100 GB media storage, and 30 day logs.
- Custom: individually agreed usage, support, pricing, limits, and any service levels.
We may use technical controls such as rate limits, queues, timeouts, request size limits, memory limits, sandbox isolation, abuse detection, usage counters, and temporary throttling. Unless an SLA is separately agreed in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or constantly available operation.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Taxes
- Paid plans are billed per project unless stated otherwise in the checkout or dashboard.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods may include cards, Amazon Pay, Klarna, or other methods shown during checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
- Prices are [INCLUSIVE / EXCLUSIVE] of statutory VAT. Tax and small-business information must be completed here: [VAT ID / TAX NUMBER / SMALL BUSINESS NOTICE].
- Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly agreed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Data Effects
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel plans through the dashboard, Stripe Billing Portal, or another method we provide. Downgrades may cause resources above the new plan limits to be disabled, archived, restricted, or marked for user selection.
Based on the current system design, downgrade grace periods may be 10 days and downgraded media may be available for export for approximately 30 days before deletion. You are responsible for exporting data, files, and configurations before deleting projects, cancelling plans, or downgrading where export is needed.
9. Custom Domains, Media, and Third-Party Services
Custom domains may require DNS changes, domain verification, certificate processes, and Cloudflare or similar infrastructure. You are responsible for your right to use each domain and for complying with registrar, DNS provider, and third-party platform requirements.
If we recommend or link to a domain registrar, the purchase is optional and is made directly with that third-party provider, not with FluxyAPI. We may receive an affiliate commission where this is clearly disclosed near the relevant link, and registrar pricing, renewal, refund, support, and domain ownership terms are governed by the registrar.
The Service may let you connect external APIs, databases, AI providers, OAuth providers, email services, Discord services, webhook targets, media tools, and other third-party systems. You are responsible for the legality, permissions, credentials, terms, privacy notices, and security of the third-party services you choose.
10. AI Features
FluxyAPI may provide AI-assisted builder features that process your prompts, project context, workflow information, tool outputs, model information, token usage, and related technical data. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
You must review, test, and validate AI-assisted changes before using them in production. Do not submit secrets, API keys, confidential information, or personal data to AI prompts unless this is necessary, lawful, and appropriately protected.
11. Intellectual Property
- We and our licensors retain all rights in FluxyAPI, including the software, interface, design, documentation, templates, block system, infrastructure, brand, and platform logic.
- You retain rights in your own lawful content, workflows, project configurations, data, and media.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, troubleshoot, and otherwise use your content and configurations as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, bill, support, and improve the Service.
- If you publish or share workflows, share codes, endpoints, files, or project resources, you are responsible for the scope and consequences of that sharing.
12. Data Protection and Data Processing Agreement
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data as controller for account, platform, payment, support, security, and website-related processing. It is available at [PRIVACY POLICY LINK].
Where you use FluxyAPI to process personal data of your customers, users, employees, or other third parties, you are generally the controller and we act as processor. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is required before processing such data through the Service: [DPA LINK].
13. Support, Changes, and Beta Features
Support depends on your plan. Free plans may be limited to community or self-service support. We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue features where this is reasonable, necessary for security or operation, or part of product development. Beta and experimental features may be unstable, change without notice, or be discontinued.
14. Termination
Free use may be ended at any time. Paid subscriptions continue for the selected billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled. Either party may terminate for cause where the other party materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay, creates security risk, infringes rights, or makes continued operation unreasonable.
After termination, project data, endpoints, logs, media, files, and configurations may be disabled or deleted unless legal retention duties, export windows, or separate agreements require otherwise. Account deletion may technically require that no owned projects, assigned subscriptions, or active paid subscriptions remain.
15. Warranties
Statutory warranty rights apply unless validly modified. For business users, FluxyAPI warrants only that the Service substantially conforms to the agreed service description. Minor deviations, third-party outages, user misconfiguration, unsupported use cases, and issues caused by external APIs do not create warranty claims to the extent permitted by law.
16. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, product liability, assumed guarantees, and any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations. In that case, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages. For business users, liability for simple negligence is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the fees paid for the affected project during the three months before the damaging event.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, including liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, production outages, third-party service failures, unsafe user workflows, or user-controlled configurations.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, workflows, endpoints, data protection violations, unlawful data transfers, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of APIs, or breach of these Terms, where you are responsible for the underlying violation.
18. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If the Service is offered to consumers, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. The withdrawal notice and model withdrawal form must be provided here: [WITHDRAWAL NOTICE LINK].
For digital services, withdrawal rights may expire before the end of the withdrawal period only where the statutory requirements are met, including express consent to begin performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right. This must be implemented correctly in checkout.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms where there is a valid reason, such as legal changes, case law, security requirements, technical changes, new features, or changes to the business model. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, usually at least 30 days before they take effect.
Where consent is legally required, we will request it. Where changes do not materially disturb the contractual balance, consent may be deemed granted if you do not object within the stated period and we clearly inform you of this consequence. For consumers, this applies only to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive venue is [REGISTERED SEAT / COURT VENUE]. Mandatory statutory venues remain unaffected.
